Maschine 3 Legacy Mac OS 10.13.6 High Sierra

Until this last few months, my early 2011 laptop has coped with everything I have thrown at it.

Now I find that my Safari is encountering problems so I have switched to Firefox just to access Native instruments website, where I have just paid for my Maschine 3 upgrade.

I even downloaded the version of Native Access for intel Macs required by the site, only to find that the earliest OS that will run this program is OS 12

I deduce from this that my OS is also too old for the Mashcine 3 update as my version of Native Access (1.14.1) does not show it. If that is the case, I have to rethink.

Can anyone help please?

Maschine 3 specifications are here , quote :

macOS 13, 14, 15 (latest update)
Windows 10 (64-bit, latest Service Pack) or Windows 11 (latest Service Pack)
Intel Core i5 or equivalent X86 CPU, or Apple Silicon (native mode or using Rosetta 2), 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended)

Mac OS 10.13.6 High Sierra is also too old to be compatible with the newest version of Native Access.

Since Maschine 3 is too old for your OS then you ought to be able to get a refund from N.I.

Generally then your OS is too old to be compatible with present N.I. products so you ought to consider upgrading the OS/computer.

Unfortunately - your OS is unsupported as is your version of Native Access.

Your only options are a supported OS for that device (which I do not believe is possible) leaving you with the last option which is to consider a new computer.
