How do I transfer my Maschine MK2 from an email I no longer have to my current email?
I have the Maschine MK2 that I bought a while ago and registered it under an email I no longer have and not sure I remember which one. How do I get the license transferred to my current email? I want to give it to my son. I am unable to open a ticket or call anyone from the support page.

Practically, do you want to change your NI account, correct?
The only way to do it is exactly through Support.
If you aren’t able to contact them because you can’t login to your account while doing it (since you forgot it), you could create a new account (maybe with the new email that you want to use from now on).
At this point login with this account while contacting support (during office time you can chat with someone or otherwise open a ticket) and explain them the situation.
I don’t know how they could help you if you don’t even remember the previous email you used, but surely they are the only ones who can answer this.
If you didn’t have other products registered to that account but the MK2, maybe having the device in your hands, with the serial you used in the past written underneath it, could help solving the situation.
But…as I said, only Support can answer.

If you have already registered the serial using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"
