I launched NA and got this:
Please Grant Permission to Native Access to Install Dependencies. Please Restart Native Access and Try Again
Absolutely nothing has changed in my system since I last launched NA. This is for NA2
Please check this article first:
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
If this doesn't work, you need to downgrade to Native Access 1: How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1
If you still encounter issues and the solutions provided didn't work for you, please get in touch with our support here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
Hey @pranaearth I had put an older version of NTKDaemon in ther link, my apologies. I've updated the link, here it is again: NTKDaemon
@kipe @eliassinclair Please get in touch with our colleagues here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
It seems like I found a solution (at least for my system and for now).
I kicked NTKDaemon out of the list for apps that got automatically started with a restart. Then reinstalled NTKDaemon:
Native Access App - Contents - Resources - daemon - mac - NTK Daemon Installer Mac.pkg
it will now automatically be added to the list again but this time it works.
Now it seems to be stable. Looks like the startup process did not work until you remove it there and then add again.
Good luck to everyone
It did not work. Same error after restarting my computer. :(
I went back to NA1 and it's working just fine. It'll be good for now
Thanks for the assist!

thx for posting. I have the same problem, but when inserting the .sh file into my Mac OS terminal, it simply said "permission denied". Do I have to open it with "admin rights" somehow like in Windows?
Best,
Moritz
It didn't work here, even with the new version... The problem is that i bought a new MacBook M1 and migrate using the time machine. Now I can't authorize my Traktor. I really need help here....
@mgrumbach This post is about a Mac issue. If you are having issues on Windows, please get in touch with our support here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
@Elyvio Carlos Blower It seems you didn't contact our specialists yet, in that case, here is to get in touch: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
Having same problem after trying all solutions on here.
Mac OS 12.5.1
And here it is again with 2.6.0 update. Same error:
Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again.
Release: 2.6.0
How can I downgrade to 2.5.? It was working just fine for me.
I am on a M1 Max Macbook Pro running MacOS 12.6
I am on Mac OS 12.6.1 with an M1 processor. I have acquired numerous NI products at considerable expense and assumed price meant reliability. It does not. I escalated this to support DAYS ago and still zero response. NADA.
Had a project booked, despite starting setup hours in advance, the inability to access a workable solution was almost more than I could bear. Could never get to install, as the dependencies were already given on the Mac. Nothing here works.
Here’s what I had to do. After many hours of time, it became clear that the problem arose AFTER NI Access would restart itself and automatically -whether I liked it or not- upgrade itself from 2.5 to 2.6. So in order for this to work, I have to be in 2.5. Since it auto-updates, I have to reinstall NI Access EVERY time I want to install something.
I put in a support ticket and was told to DL 2.5. That works on my system. But yes, it auto updates to 2.6, so I have to reinstall 2.5 every time I want to check for updates. It’s a pita, but at least I have an option now.
@safeite You contacted our support on Tuesday the 20th at 15:48 and got a reply on Wednesday 21st at 10:18, so that's not even a day. Have you checked your spam and inbox filters ?
@safeite @pranaearth Yes, we're really sorry, this is really annoying. The Native Access team is investigating and working on a fix.
Yes, found the email. But it’s blank - likely a google-side thing.
In any event, the aforementioned workaround does allow access, until IIRC auto-updating -> 2.5.0 -> 2.6.0
@safeite Blank ? Can you send me a screenshot by direct message, please? We would need to investigate why you reived a blank email.
I have the same problem. 2.4 and 2.6 both fail with "Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again". Where can I get v 2.5 which appear to work better based on comments here? I'm on macOS 12.6 (M1 Pro).
