Make sure that you are an Admin on the computer and have sufficient access privileges on the computer
And that Windows is not blocking correct install :
Allow an app to access controlled folders
block third-party app installations in Windows 11/10 (for how to unblock)
1 : Are you using latest version of the Native Access for your OS ?
2 : Else try running Native Access as an Admin to see if that makes any difference.
3 : Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
4 : If that doesn't work then try uninstalling Native Access and the NTKDaemon and also run the N.I. reg tool to remove any trace of both Native Access and the NTKDaemon
5 : Then reboot
6 : Then run installer of latest version of the Native Access for your OS as an Admin
7 : if that doesn't work then try step 2 and 3 again.
Also you might check this : Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
