Can't uninstall library

I have Ethno World 6 Instruments and every time I click uninstall it says the path is not safe to remove. Without being able to uninstall it I can't use it on my new computer, and honestly the license is basically in the abyss if this computer fully gives out at this rate. Can anyone tall me how to resolve this issue?

Hello archedmaid, I created a support ticket for your issue and asked for a support tool, can you please check your email and send us the support tool result(not here) as an answer of that email so we can understand the issue easier and help you to solve that as soon as possible.

I do not own this library and am using a Mac, so doing a Google yields Ethno World 6 is a Big Fish Audio product. I think the Installer came from them…did you also email them for support?

It registered through Native Access and is installed through NA. This is an issue with Native Access seeing as it is the program installing the library and also giving me the error on the uninstall.

Perhaps you can email to Big Fish Audio Support about your problem while waiting for a response here.

I am not sure that I am familiar with that particular error , do you have a screenshot of the error ?
Else then try exit Native Access
then delete the file with product name from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products
If there then also delete the XML with product name from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
the reboot computer
then check to see if that 'removed' the product in N.A.
Else then do above again and then also try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here: My Product is Missing in Native Access . And then reboot.
Else do what victorp.sg wrote and ask Big Fish Audio Support for help , or alternatively try asking N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
