You got 2 options…

First you can use these forums to ask the community, keep in mind that there are a lot of users here who would love to try and help you out. So… ask a question, be sure to explain your problem in as much detail as you can and then, well, wait to see if someone can help.

Your second option is to contact support. To do that you should follow the directions on the NI support page (⇐ follow that link). Once again: be sure to explain your problem in as much detail as possible.

And of course you could also try both… open a ticket, ask the community and then optionally also mention your ticket number so that any official staffers might be able to look into things.
