How to work offline with Maschine MK3 ?

Hi there,

I have installzd & registered online fine, but now I would like to work offline, ie with the computer but no internet.

When trying to do so the NI page says "cannot connect. Please check your connection or disable VPN". VPN is disabled however.

Is there / what's the way to use Maschine MK3 offline ?

Yes I was referring to Native Access.

Somehow, the way I accessed Maschine 3 was onmy thru the Native Access portal.

I have docked the Maschine 3 as an independent icon to access directly, and it seems to work fine !

What do you mean by "trying to do so"? What exactly are you doing? What is "the NI page"?

What I want to do is work on Maschine MK3 hardware with Maschine 3 software offfline.

To access Maschine 3 software I need to click on the NI icon where the Maschine 3 software is.

When I click on this NI icon I have the error message I mentioned, requesting internet access.

Is that clearer ?

That shouldn't happen - I just tried it here and it worked fine when I disconnected from the Internet.

Are you sure you don't have any other plugins that need to be online to use? Like plugins that use iLok cloud, or ones that have to authorise on every use?

The NI icon where the Maschine 3 software is? Are you referring to Native Access?

You don't need to run Native Access to use Maschine.

If you've already installed Maschine 3, click on that, not Native Access.
