No Komplete Standard Voucher After S49 MK3 Purchase

I purchased a s49 MK3 from guitar center a few days ago. I was told that I would get 50% off on NI software (like what I would get from purchasing on the website). I haven't gotten my voucher yet. Please help.

It's impossible for me to determine what offer that you are referring to but in the end then it doesn't matter since you in any case will need to contact N.I. Purchase Support for that type of problem to be sorted , then they will either fix the problem or clear up the matter.

I believe third party vouchers come via email - AFTER you register the board to your NI Acct.

Hey! Sorry I should have mentioned it but I registered my board and got the email about komplete select already - I have that downloaded and registered.
