How/where do I register my new product (Claire)? I have received a serial number

Hello Marnix, as I answered in your previous post, please use admin credientals(the username and password that you use to login to your computer) and this should solve the issue.

You should be able to do it using the Native Access application. There is a button in the LHS navigation labelled Add Serial. Click that and it will give you a dialogue box to enter your serial number in .

Thank you! The point is, I cannot open Native access, because the password isn't working. Is the password for the Native instruments website the same as for Native Access app? I use my name as username since I don't know where and how to make a username.

Yes same email and password in Native Access as used for the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page.
I use my name as username since I don't know where and how to make a username.
I am not sure to where that you are referring and also a long time since I have signed up anywhere Native instruments. But 'user name' is typically created when signing up if a field says user name and asks you to pick.
Anyway , same answer applies to all of it :
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
And be sure that you are logging in to same account using same email and password as signing up and buying :ref. : MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page.
else if you have a problem then also make sure that you as a Mac user have done all the Mac users must do (I will put links below here), and if you still can not get sign in to work in Native Access then please contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

P.S. I see that you are using Mac M4 and that N.I. has reported a problem with M4 to Apple so that adds to the complexity here , but again , if problem persists then please contact N.I. Account Support or N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Also , while not related here :
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : NativeAccess Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
