I have a launchkey 61 MK3 from Novation and an MPC One, the first of which seems to be qualified, but when i login to novations website to see the software, it doesn't show up. Is the license only accessible for new purchases of approved hardware?
From what I've just read (on the This Is NKS page), it seems the MK4 is what you need.
"New for 2025, we’re introducing initial NKS compatibility for even more hardware including Akai MPK, Korg Keystage, M-Audio Oxygen, Nektar LX MK3, and Novation Launchkey MK4, SL MK3 and FLKey. If you use one of these controllers you’ll get a free Komplete 15 Select bundle"
(although some news sites do say MK3 too, which might be incorrect)

Q : Komplete SELECT will be offered to NKS ready hw buyers, hopefully current owners of this hw too ? A : That offer is for new buyers, not existing
the offer is for both existing and new Akai customers I've done some reading and research
Link to information ? Also then contact Akai customer service and get them to give you what you want or ask those that tells you that the offer is valid for you to also tell you how to get it.
Alternatively then if you are sure that you are are entitled to get something then you of course can also ask N.I. Support if they know where to ask.
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !
I just got mine today from Novation for the FLkey, so might be worth checking on akai again
I have a qualifying Akai keyboard and while i was provided a code, upon entering at checkout it tells me it is not valid. Anyone else get that?
Please contact N.I. Purchase Support
Click the link from the website or email. It's a slightly different product page from normal (presumably so it doesn't give you a $25 voucher like you'd purchased it.
I've already downloaded it and used it loving it so far! THANK YOU to everyone that answered I appreciate y'all
