Who else is getting a "Download Failed" Flag in Native Access?

I am trying to upgrade to the latest Maschine MK3 Version after the last version stopped creating Stems.
But I can't download it. I am constantly getting error messages and permanently pause downloads. Upgraded to the latest Native Access.
Am I thinly one with this problem?

Apparently then you are already using latest version of Native Access for your OS else us it
First of all then please check the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : NativeAccess Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (maybe add the DAW too ?)
Else then try exit Native Access , then clear content of download destination and remove old version of software , then reboot then try again.
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

so Yeah, I think I have ticked all the boxes in the step by step guide above- checking for nth deamon… the disk has been formatted correctly because I have downloaded stuff before- no problems.

I didn't mention it because the download you referred to didn't seem to be that big but on Mac you also ought to make sure that snapshots has not taken up all the space (I am not a MAc expert and below steps may not be fitting for your OS) :

Check with Disk Utility to see if you have any snapshots that are taking up space.
You'll have to enable show snapshots first though if you haven't already.
You can also verify this by going to the terminal and typing du -H
If NA is complaining about disk space, more than likely you will see a difference in free space in the terminal compared to Disk Utility.
