transfering without a transfer code

i bought the unit at auction and will be selling it and i need to know how to transfer it without a transfer code.

please advise

You can not transfer it without the transfer code.

Depending on exact circumstances and provenance then N.I. support might or might not be able to help the new buyer do a transfer if they approach N.I. Account Support .

But all such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support so you or buyer would have to ask N.I. Account Support to clear up the matter.

Generally then for transfer questions then contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation .

If you don't have a transfer code you'd need to sell it as "hardware only" so the purchaser knows they have to get the software themselves.
