Not all expansions I own show up in NativeAccess
I moved from an old Mac mini i7 to a new one with Apple silicon M4.
I installed NativeAccess on the fresh OSX system.
Now, not all expansions which I own are shown in NativeAccess.
I already removed the NativeAccess.xml and let a new one build, no change.
What can I do? What can be the reason?
Thank You very much,
Frédéric Espitalier

@herr.espi , (please notice the edit)
If you are sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS and that you are logged into the same correct account (same email) and you have already reset the XML then from your description then the problem , if a N.A. 'problem' as opposed to a server problem , would either be that missing products is incompatible with OS or is a legacy product. In this case my first guess would that you should try and turn on show discontinued products , but it does however not fit the missing products , but I can not see either how the expansions can not be compatible with the OS :
If the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Yes, problem is that if you are using the latest version of Native Access and you have already tried to reset the N.A. XML and you are logged into same account with same email then none of it fits , not legacy and not incompatible.

P.S. , if you are using Sequoia then apparently more are having problems the moment.
Also then you ought to do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

Hi,
I solved the problem,
I started my old system and searched for the reason,
I used a different Login and now everything is fine, thank You very much, it was my fault,
BUT before I I used the other login account
I searched through the NativeAccess.xml
and all my expansions where I was looking for
were in that file, but not not shown in native access, however
but now it is solved,
was my fault, wrong login
it was not the m4 ProcessorFrederic Espitalier
