komplete Select missing after registering HW

Maschine MK3 says in specifications that : "MASCHINE 3 and KOMPLETE 15 SELECT are provided as downloads after registration"

Since KOMPLETE 15 SELECT now comes in three flavors then as far as I understand then after registration of the hardware in Native Access then you should have received an email with a voucher that will allow you to go to the shop and select the version of KOMPLETE 15 SELECT that you want , and put it in the basket and then with only that in basket go to check out and use the voucher you should have received in an email as payment. Please check your emails including in the spam folder. After getting the KOMPLETE 15 SELECT , then If you want to check if you got the software then please check the page MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page .

If you did not get any email with a voucher or have a problem with using the voucher then please contact N.I. Purchase Support

KOMPLETE 15 SELECT is a bundle of software that is represented in Native Access by the individual products that it consists of.

If you have the software on account then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS , and if the software is on account and is still missing in Native Access then first try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , and if that does not help then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
