MY Mikro is not recognized?

I'm trying to setup a mikro maschine, but even after installing maschine 3 the software can't recognize my hardware, any recommendations ?

does it even light up at least? Can you use it and see it as midi device under midi settings, maybe also with a different DAW?

yes it light up, in Ableton I can see MIkro mk3, but in the Maschine 3 doesn't show, and when I press any pad on Ableton it doesn't show any response from the DAW
