Traktor Pro 4 Stability Issue ?

My name is Alexey, and I’ve been a longtime user of NI products. Recently, I started experiencing an issue with Traktor Pro software.

I recently upgraded from Traktor Pro 2 to Traktor Pro 4, but now the software shuts down unexpectedly. I’m also using a Traktor Kontrol S2 (2011 model). I replaced USB-B to USB-C cable, but replacing the cable hasn’t resolved the problem. During my DJ sets, Traktor Pro 4 continues to crash. I’ve noticed that this happens more frequently when audio files (FLAC format) are played from my external hard drive, though it also occasionally occurs with internal playback.

It’s worth noting that Traktor Pro 2 worked flawlessly with the same setup.

Additionally, I’m seeing red warning messages at the bottom of the interface. Please see the attached screenshot for more information.

I installed the new Traktor Pro 4 program on a new Apple MacBook Pro 3 pro 18/512 laptop, the program crashes several times per set.

Does native-instruments have a support service to figure out what's going on?

There is no answer to my question, my music library is more than 11 years old, and there were no problems with it on an old MacBook Pro laptop running on an Intel processor, and the previous version of the Traktor Pro S2 program

Communication with the native-instruments service is very complicated and slow. I wrote a question here hoping to get feedback from those who have encountered a similar problem. I read the information about music files, my library is more than 11 years old, there were no problems with it on the previous computer, the files were simply copied to the new laptop.
