Hi, I have a problem with NI 360, I bought 360 plus today but my account does not see this subscription. All I see is the cancellation of an old subscription from a few months ago.
Be sure to use latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else , and I am not sure at all that it will have any impact at all but, you could try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here: My Product is Missing in Native Access .
But in the end I am inclined to think that you will have to contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or N.I. Account Support.
