don't know how and which Traktor I should install and where I can find my serial number

hello everyone,
I haven't done anything with Traktor for over 10 years. I now also have another laptop. a MAC with m3 processor, but now I don't know how and which Traktor I should install and where I can find my serial number? can anyone help me.

Log into your 10 year old account and see if you find traktor here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

If you still have Traktor Pro 2, then you will not be able to install that on a modern mac os. In that case you either need a older mac computer, windows 10 or pay for the upgrade.

Apple M3 is officially supported starting with Traktor Pro 4.1. If you don‘t have done anything with Traktor for at least 10 years you need a paid upgrade.
Login on Native Instruments website with your account and navigate to my products and serials. There you will find all your licence. While logged in go to Traktor page, it should offer you the best upgrade option there.

If you have already registered the serial using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"

Otherwise then all account questions are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support
