All Kontakt instruments are in demo mode after updateting native access?

After I was prompted to update natice access all of my kontakt instruments start in DEMO mode.
- the path to the libraries are correct
- in native access itself everything seems to be fine, it recognizes my installed instruments, no error alerts
- Everything went fine for years
I don`t know what to do? Haven`t found anything helpful in the forum.
Anybody facing the same problem?

Hello stickhead,
If your product opens as demo or shows a demo warning in Native Access or does not show at all, first of all, please make sure you are logged in to Native Access with the correct email address where you have your products registered. If you do not login with the right email address your product will appear with a demo warning.
If you have made sure you are logged in with the correct email address, please go to the following directories listed below that pertains to your operating system:
For Mac:
Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service CenterFor Windows:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service CenterThen delete the following .xml files:
Native Access.xml
NAME OF PRODUCT IN DEMO MODE.xmlShould that not help either, please go to the following article and thoroughly go through all the steps to make sure you get the desired result:
Native Access Error Message: "Activation failed...Internal error during activation"
Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.
I hope this helps☺️

Try doing some resets :
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else then try the My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps
Else , then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
(Else , is this Mac or Windows ? )
Alternatively then you can contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support

If using Mac then have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (in particular)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

Thanks for your quick answer.
Done it all, nothing helped,
BUT
I do have the new clean my mac version.
Have you talked to those guys? Because the programm seems to be working fine apart from that.

I do have the new clean my mac version.
There has been multiple issues with the use of the CleanMyMac , as I emphasized above with the use of the (in particular), suspecting it to be that , then in particular then do not use Clean My Mac .
From what I know then you might have to re-install affected libraries , but read the thread (do not use Clean My Mac) (I can only advice , I do not have a Mac)

Sorry for the confusion. Kontakt is running in DEMO mode as written above. Library proper installed, Path correctly set. I tried all the suggested steps already. Latest version of Native access.

I spent hours with this. Installing, reinstalling…. following these steps. I have multiple instruments in multiple projects. Mainly Stradavari Cello and Violin. An update should not BREAK projects. Wiped out Service Center…. it seems to only be some instruments that vanished after an update. I suspect they now require Kontakt 7, but I can't easily go through dozens of projects and dozens of tracks and rebuild the Kontact instrument chain. This is nuts.
Any better advice? Massive fail!

Let me visualize. It appears that the Stradivari instruments now require Kontakt 7. This is ludicrous! I can NOT go through and manually update my Kontakt instances to version 7. It's so tedious and error-prone. Does anyone have a way to solve this? I have a handful of projects that this is happening to, and "just upgrade" is not that easy. Please help… I'm in tears.
There's a link in Kontakt 7 that says "upgrade to 7"… thinking that might prove helpful, it only sent me to some web page that was broken. Not a great user experience. Now my projects are SOL.

So after panicking for hours, a Google search found this:
https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/17874/switching-from-kontakt-6-to-kontakt-7
Fortunately, I am using Cubase 14. Turns out, uninstalling Kontakt 6 ("Kontakt"), then opening the project, I see this warning.
AND MY TRACKS WORK!
I gotta say… this scares me a bit, as I wonder if there's compatibility issues I'm going to run into, or there's an incompatible instrument. NI… PLEASE fix this user experience! Make it possible to migrate optionally, without needing to uninstall older versions.
Hopefully this will help someone else in this desperate situation. Keeping my fingers crossed, and my backups nearby.
