Where can I install Maschine 3 SW if it is not showing up within Native Access? [MK3 Owner, Dec24]

I've read that it says that you need Maschine 2 SW installed first but don't see that within Native Access 2 either?

I have input the HW Serial on the back of the New Maschine MK3 and it doesn't show anything else…..

Please help!

-UPDATE- I have Received an E-Mail saying that I can use the Software now and can Confirm that the Maschine 3 Software is now within my Native Access 2!
I have not Downloaded or Installed Maschine 2 first like I had read from some people but have also recently heard that I may not have to anymore? Hope that it works!

Hello,

that's a known problem, you should contact support and they might put maschine 3 software into your account. BTW you don't need maschine 2 software. I can also mark @Jeremy_NI and maybe he can help.

I have been excited to use it and had put a lot of time and effort into deciding that NI Maschine MK3 was the way to go, I certainly hope it is!

I'm pretty sure you will love it, once it works, you can do music really quick, at least starting a song is super fast and fun.

I am excited and hope that my excitement will stay through (I have thought of getting Komplete Software for many years and it was kind of a happy moment for me finally trying to get it) and that this is only temporary disappointment and frustration.
