"Account not fully unified" - cannot log in with original NI ID
I've had to create a new ID to ask this question.
I cannot log in with my original Native ID any more, and the "Forgot Password" link does not send me a reset link.
When I try my valid login details, the login page throws me back to the NI home page, and the words "account not fully unified" appear in the address bar.
Is there an NI support contact? None of the suggestions on the support site work for me.

If having problems getting the N.I. support site to work then since site functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted(my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

Thanks for the link!
The problem was that my iZotope account had not been properly unified with my Native ID. The customer-facing password reset link did not work, but opening a case with NI support with the link you sent enabled them to send me an account unification link from iZotope, and once that was done my Native ID worked again for both sites.
