"Account not fully unified" - cannot log in with original NI ID

I've had to create a new ID to ask this question.

I cannot log in with my original Native ID any more, and the "Forgot Password" link does not send me a reset link.

When I try my valid login details, the login page throws me back to the NI home page, and the words "account not fully unified" appear in the address bar.

Is there an NI support contact? None of the suggestions on the support site work for me.
