This serial has already been registered but not showing up in native access

My chamber strings library from spitfire and my trails library from fracture sounds is not showing up in native access. When i enter my serial number it says ''This serial has already been registered''

I already tried the legacy products switch and it is the same account. Is there a way I can fix this ?
