Sensual SAXOPHONE : need kontakt full but not 7 ?

hello,

First i just purchased Komplete 15 std , an di 'm veruy not happy with this pack.
Too many sound … but very fiew good.
Anyway….

I'have bought Embertone Sensual Saxophone, a very good kontakt sound.
BUT : as mentionned on the site of EMbertone this instruments need kontakt Full … , i try with kontakt 7 player (installed on my my macos 14) , it's work good … but only demo , so 15 mn of song !!! .. embertone sensual sexophone need kontakt 7 full
but NativeInstruments stop kontakt 7 full , or is not included in my huge money spend on this Komplete 15 .
Can someone give me the solution ?

here is the issue, and under kontakt 8 …the sound is not the same

Komplete 15 does not come with Kontakt 7 but with Kontakt 8 full version so install that.

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (things will not work if not)

But also do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

If you can not find Kontakt 8 in latest version of Native Access for your OS then if you have Kontakt Player 8 installed then try uninstalling that first , then reboot then see if that makes Kontakt 8 appear. Else try resetting the Native Access XML file to see if that makes any difference , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.

Else then uninstall Kontakt 8 Player

Then run the N.I. reg tool and remove Kontakt 8 if there

Then reboot

Then download KONTAKT 8.1.0 and install that (in case of a download problem then log in to Google first and/or copy to own Google drive first)

Else if you have a problem with a product use in Kontakt 8 then you might want to produce a screenshot of the problem and then explain what the problem is.

Else if the problem is that you can not install Kontakt 8 even with above help then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
