Maschine 3.0 wont open

Windows user. Maschine 3 wont open .It appears to crash as it opens the gui.

Any suggestions?

I wonder if perhaps you're referring to the splash screen hanging (or taking time) when scanning your plugins. You can skip the process by pressing esc.

Thanks for yor reply.It seems to scan OK but then says initialising GUI and then disappears…

Does your PC meet the System requirements ?
Ref. E.g. : Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher on Windows-based systems

If so then it might be a problem related either Maschine DB needs a reset or a VC++ dependency problem or a Windows system files problem.

You could try by deleting the DB files to see if that helps ? (eventually just move files to another location while you check) , e.g. :

C:\Users<your user name>\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 3\komplete.db3

C:\Users<your user name>\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 3\plugin.data

If it is a Visual C++ redistributable package problem then that might require you to remove and reinstall the package(?) , and alas then that is a rather diffuse description but while I could not say for sure if it were the problem then I also wouldn't know which package were the problem if it indeed were.
