"Leap Expansion - Afrobeats" not showing up in Native Access

Hi! I recently got this expansion but can't seem to install it. It won't show in my 'Not installed' list in Native Access.
- I see it in my online NI account, and I tried adding the serial to Native Access successfully as well.
- I tried restarting Native Access several times.
- I've given it several weeks now.
Any ideas on how to install this?

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (things will not work if not)
Also be sure that Kontakt 8 is fully updated
Also try checking inside Kontakt 8 under tab LEAP expansions to see if the Afrobeats is there or not. Afrobeat ought to show in Native Access , at least it does in mine , but Native Instruments have a habit of in-between changing things and then not tell anyone and not all LEAP expansions
If installing Latest Native Access does not help then you can try the resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
But also do all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
Else if the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

No luck yet. Thanks for the suggestions.
I tried deleting the xml file. Native Access seems to work fine as the other updates work fine.
Updated Kontakt 8 and didn't find it in there. I don't have Komplete 15 either.
Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!

Be sure to use the latest version of Native Access for your OS
Also please check if the Kontakt version you want to use is compatible with your OS , if Windows at least Windows 10 and latest update , for Mac here : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS
Else then exit N.A. then try uninstalling Kontakt 8 , if using Windows then also run the NI reg tool and remove Kontakt 8 there is present after uninstallation. If using Mac then make sure that you have removed Kontakt 8 thoroughly : How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer .
Then reboot computer , then download KONTAKT 8.1.0 (in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that don't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download)
Then run Kontakt 8 installer as an admin. Then reboot computer then run N.A. as an Admin to see if that helped.
Else if the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
