cant log in on native access - keeps repeating, no error

in Native Access

i open NA,

fill in user and pw, pw is correct because no feedback (i also tried with wrond pw, and then it says wrond pw). Whilst i can log in on the website with the same username and pw.

NA login start loading, see picture 2

nothing happens

the popup screen to login opens again. See picture 3

    oh yes, i also restarted my pc, and uninstalled NA, and reinstalled.. no help.

    still the same issue… after unistall, restart pc, .. please help
