cant log in on native access - keeps repeating, no error

i open NA,

fill in user and pw, pw is correct because no feedback (i also tried with wrond pw, and then it says wrond pw). Whilst i can log in on the website with the same username and pw.

oh yes, i also restarted my pc, and uninstalled NA, and reinstalled.. no help.

Could be system was overloaded. I have had that happen.

Also, try running terminal as admin on your pc, type:

SFC /scannow

which will help repair some broken system issues on your PC.

hello! Thanks for the feedback..

I tried it, and the windows resource protector did not find any integrity violation. (desktop is not even a year old btw)

When uninstalling Native Access then use the reg tool from below link and when reinstalling then also be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Also check the other help other than SFC /scannow
