Missing Maschine 2 sofware in native access
I recently bought Maschine Mk3 2nd hand, the seller transferred me the license however I am not seeing Maschine 2 or 3 in my native access. I did receive "massive for maschine, monark for maschine and rektor for maschine".
Any help would be appreciated.
Contacted Support but no responds so far.

Hi Max i was there with the seller when he transferred the license and from what i saw he only seemed to be able to transfer the Hardware serial and the maschine software is not on his list, does that mean he dint register the Maschine SW, and if thats the case is it possible to request for a new serial if the seller lost/did not register the code.

Well, when you purchase the Maschine, both licenses come in the box. Is there anyway fir you to email or call him and request the transfer from his account? He can easily login and do the transfer to your account and you'llreceive an email requesting to register it. Otherwise, you may need to purchase the Maschine SW from NI?!

Please check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if the Maschine 2 software is registered to your account. If the Maschine 2 software is registered to your account then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , also try to turn on show Legacy software in N.A: settings. Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access . If the Maschine 2 software is registered to your account and you can not get it to show in Native Access then please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support .
Else if the Maschine 2 software is not on your account than all such issues are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support . Contact N.I. Account Support with proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on bottom of device and explain the situation
