software gone
about three years ago, i purchased maschine mikro mk3 and it came with the maschine 2 software. just last night i deleted everything from my laptop because native access wasnt working. i have the updated version of native access (now) but i dont have the maschine software anymore. the software is completetly gone. everything is registered, i just dont have the software. i even tried to update the software but it said i dont have a license to upgrade. i need help with getting the software back. help!

Sounds mostly to me if you are logging into the wrong account.
Please check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see if you are logged into the correct account. If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then you will have to ask Account Support Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"
If you are indeed logged into the correct account then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , also try to turn on show Legacy software in N.A: settings. Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Else then contact either N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or N.I. Account Support depending on what is the problem .
