Maschine Mikro MK3 Software not appearing in Native Access

Dear all,

Good day.

Hope you're having good time.

I wish to bring your attention to an issue regarding "Machine software" not appearing in Native Access.

I had recently bought Machine Mikro MK3 HW which was delivered today, and I tried registering my product by adding serial number on native access. It was successful.

Now comes the issue,

I am having free access to MASSIVE, MONARK and REAKTOR PRISM which were instantly available in Native access. However, two other software namely MACHINE software and MACHINE Factory Selection are not appearing on Native Access.

When I am checking the Native Access official website, the software is appearing on that website as Registered, but it is not appearing in Native Access. I have tried downloading Komplete 15 Free, but nothing is working as of now.

I am currently running an Inter i7 13700h laptop with 16 GB ram and windows 11 OS.

I have shut the native access multiple times and refreshed it manually as well, but nothing is working as of now. I am pretty tensed right now and in need of your help.

P.S. It is also not available in "View Library all products"

    Maschine software not being available is a known problem and it's something that support have to fix.

    Thank u so much for writing by @mykebj but I am unable to track the Ticket status.

    Also, I have not received any email regarding my ticket confirmation/opening.
