Maschine 2 Software isn't Downloading

in Maschine

i have been trying to download everything to use my Maschine mk3 and i downloaded native access and installed and updated everything i could and put in the serial number but Maschine 2 isn't showing up and i need some help figuring this out

    Is this a new MK3? If it is and you've just added the serial number you'll probably find you have applications like Monark, Massive etc but not Maschine. That's a known problem and it's something that support have to fix. You should get Maschine 3 rather than Maschine 2 for a new purchase.

    I was on the same boat, so I've got the software, but am still waiting on the license(s). @Franky_NI any update?
