Problem with HeavyoCity licences

I bought at the beginning of this month two VST plugins from HeavyoCity (Damaged Guitars and Oblivion) with serial numbers included to play as a Kontakt library. I first installed them on the HeavyOcity portal and then put the serial numbers into Native access. It recognised them, I loaded them and started playing!

The thing is that I changed my PC. First I uninstalled the instruments in Native and then in HeavyOcity. I loaded them again in HeavyoCity Portal and when I went to put the license in Native access, it tells me that these licenses already exist and it doesn't let me download them from the new PC location either.

HeavyOcity has not given me any feasible solution. Can anyone help me?

Please check if the HeavyoCity libraries is listed somewhere in Native Access library view , if so then click the three little dots down to the right of library and use the locate.

Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
