I entered the serial number in native access and this is what popped up
I checked the library but there was no download for any software named Maschine Mikro MK3 HW or anything about any Maschine
can somebody please help me

You'll need to put in a ticket to have the Maschine licence added to your account unfortunately. You can go here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005. You'll need to log into your account and you'll get a chatbot to contact support at the bottom right of the page.
