Can't transfer license for my Kontrol S61 mk1 Keyboard

Hi,

I wanted to pass on my keyboard in the family now that it's Christmas. However, I can't transfer the license for the keyboard as it is simply saying "Not transferable" to the right of my product (KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 HW) on the License Transfer page.

I bought the keyboard many years ago and the store went bankrupt since then. So I really have no idea where else to reach out than on this forum.

Ideally you need to reach out to Ni Sales support but I will venture a guess and say that now that the entire MK1 series is retired (and end of life) - that may be why you are seeing this message.

Only support can confirm.
