Beatport Licence upgrade error
I have recently acquired the beatport annual licence, beatport deregistered a previous account I had linked to Traktor pro 4.
When I open the streaming section of settings, and try to login, it tells me that their is a licence problem and I need to sign in with a registered account.
When I try and login, it sends me to beatport login window, but it doesnt update traktor to show it is logged in.
Any help would be appreciated

Sorry , I do not have any Traktor , and the N.I. forum Customer Care is absent here until January 6th. If your problem persists then you can try asking N.I. Traktor Support , but please notice that N.I. support does not work on holidays and response time is also increased due to the ongoing sale.

Doesn't sound as a N.I. software problem to me, never the less then the internet suggests this :
Go to Settings-> Streaming->Beatport Link and log in. Problem solved. If not; restart Traktor and repeat above steps.
Else then try the following troubleshooter page : Why does Rekordbox tell me to upgrade my active subscription?
Else then Submit a request to BeatPort

thanks so much, I was wondering if it caches the old beatport login in the library somewhere and I may need to delete it so I can add a new user name and password
It sends me through to the online login but once I log in the traktor screen stays the same with login or free trial options.
If I then try and relogin it’s still thinks it’s the old account and password.

@PoorFellow Thanks for your help. I deleted NI, all the folders for Traktor and Access and re installed and it worked like a dream, it must create a libray file somewhere when you add your login, and if you dont logout it just keeps the data record. When Beatport changed my account, the old data was reading the old email and wouldn't let me log out as I didn't have a licence.
When I re-installed, I just added the new account and hey presto…all running fine.
