Support Ticket Response - Serial Already Registered
Good Morning,
I purchase a new Maschine MK3 from Guitar Center. When I tried to register the serial number in Native Access, I received an error stating the the serial number had been registered already. I made a support ticket with NI. How long will it take to get a response and get the issue resolved?

Not an answer to your question, but if you can, try chat on the account support page and they should be able to fix the issue right away (Note: limited hours, but open as of this post!!!)
And having read so many threads about Maschine purchased from Guitar Center being "Already Registered", I swear when the get them, the open the box, register the unit and then put it back in the box and sell it as new. Thats why I don't purchase from GC...just sayin!!!
