cant install leap expansion in native access

I bought a leap expansion, but I can't install it in native access. The following error message appears: download fails; review your download location.

If you do not have the expansion on account and have a problem getting the website to work then please do as Jeremy_NI suggests : please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Otherwise then it looks to me as if the Lo-Fi Vibes (if referring to that) somehow is installed inside or with Kontakt when installing that if you have the expansion license. I do not have the Lo-fi Vibes listed as installed in Native Access but still have it in my Kontakt 8.

So you can try uninstalling and re-installing Kontakt 8 and try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database and if that doesn't bring the Leap expansions to be found in Kontakt 8 then you can try Uninstall Kontakt 8 again followed by resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and then reinstall Kontakt 8 again to see if that makes any difference.

I bought one with the "LEAP"-Code. That's working. What's not working or showing up is "Lo-fi Vibes" or "Acoustic Drums for Leap". No idea why… I tried it for two days now, nothing shows up… merry christmas ;) Try to choose the download location in access settings again. Can be the same one. Its 80% featured by bugs. Sometimes you're lucky. …on a mac. What's about Windows, no idea. Good luck!

Da steht auch nicht, warum man die freien Leaps (z. B. lo-fi vibes) nicht herunterladen und installieren kann... .
