A49 purchase - Missing licenses
Sorry for the cross posting - it wasn't until now I realized that my first attempt to get help wasn't posted under questions.
I purchased a Midi keyboard (A49) from Thomann on Nov 29. According to the product description on their website it "Includes Komplete 15 Select, Maschine Essentials and Ableton Live Lite"
I successfully registered the hardware on Dec 9, and was given a voucher from you in the mail for Komplete 15 Select, and it has been registered and installed, but I still haven't gotten any information regarding Maschine Essentials or Ableton Live Lite. They are NOT listed with the licenses under My products and serials here on the NI site.
I saw an article here about the Maschine Essentials license not showing up immediately after registering hardware, and it said it could take some time. I guess my problem is different since it's been days since the registration.
Thank you in advance.

Good evening. I have received an answer to my question now.
The accompanying software is what is listed on the hardware page here on NI's site.
Ableton Live Lite and Maschine Essentials is no longer part of the package.
I forwarded the info to Thomann, so they can adjust the product pages for NI hardware.
Have a nice weekend!

Please check all the N.I: emails (including if in spam folder) for any mention of the Ableton lite either as a click here to get or as a serial , also check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , including Not registered serials and third party serials at bottom of page. If you still can not find the Ableton lite serial then contact N.I. Purchase Support . Same goes for the Maschine Essentials , if you can not find it by above mentioned methods then please contact N.I. Purchase Support and refer to the Thomann offer in question .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

From the support page:
For Existing Owners of MASCHINE:
If you already own MASCHINE and installed the MASCHINE 2 software before registering a KOMPLETE KONTROL A-Series keyboard or a MASCHINE MIKRO MK3, MASCHINE Essentials will not show up in Native Access, since it is the same software as MASCHINE 2
In addition, I'm not even sure if Maschine Essentials is still a thing. We've moved on to Maschine 3 now, and Maschine Central.

Thank you for your replies.
There is no mention of the two missing programs in the emails (I have double checked)
Also I cannot find any of them through any of the links at the bottom of the Serials page.
I will contact N.I. Purchase Support. Thanks for the link.
Prior to registering the hardware, and downloading Komplete Kontrol I have never had any NI software registered or installed.
Again, thank you both. :)1 -
Oh, so you're telling me it's not worth the bother? I was just curious what Maschine Essentials was.
Ableton isn't that interesting for me, tbh.0 -
No, please don't read between the lines! I just posted that because it was a possible reason why you might not be seeing the software. As I said though, Maschine 2 is no longer - so logically Maschine Essentials (which the quote explains is Maschine 2) doesn't exist either.
Actually if you go to the A49 product page, it only says "Includes Komplete 15 Select" so it looks as if the Thomann listing is outdated.

If you have a better version then of course you may frown upon a lesser version. Even when it were Maschine 2.0 then the Maschine Essentials were a lesser version. At present I only have Maschine Essentials myself and that of course can be used if you do not have a better version.

OK, ok! :)
I'm not so familiar with Maschine, but I understand your point.0 -
So Maschine Essentials is basically "the previous main version", and it progresses when a new major version is released? When Maschine 2.0 was new, Maschine Essentials was Maschine 1?

From my first post (quoted from support):
"since it is the same software as MASCHINE 2"

When Maschine 2.0 was new, Maschine Essentials was Maschine 1?
I can not compare since I never had any Maschine hardware or any Maschine software other than Maschine Essentials but I would say that Maschine Essentials probably is more like Maschine 2.0 lite version (with less content)
P.S. quote Reddit : The software is the same, it just doesn't come with the full maschine sound library. You do get the Maschine Factory Selection library, which is about 1.2 gb compared to the 6gb full library.
