I bought a new controller s4 mk3, the seller promised that when I activate the controller, I will have the program traktor pro 4, I already had traktor pro 3 installed. When I activated the controller by serial number, the program traktor pro 4 did not appear. The seller does not get in touch!!! Tell me, can this be solved through support or not?
