Kontakt 8 bundle?
So earlier today I purchased the Kontakt 8 bundle mainly because I only had the "Kontakt player" which doesn't allow me to use my purchased third party instruments. When I open native access to install my files, the only available installs are Kontakt factory library 2, creator tools, and hybrid keys. Am I missing something, or I did I buy the wrong pack, again my aim was to obtain a full version of Kontakt. ( I mistakenly also purchased the Kontakt 8 crossgrade bundle because it was recommended by NI, so I spent about $480.00 US for basically nothing).

Ok. Now I understand the issue. No wonder you cannot see Kontakt 8.
Your screen cap is Native Access v1.14. Which is retired.
You need to uninstall v1.14 ASAP and install Native Access 3.16 and all will be well.

Close NA. and then uninstall Kontakt 8 Player. Then come back into NA and you should see your new Kontakt 8 Full item appear.
Under the hood - K8 Player and K8 Full are the same software - only one (or the other) can be installed at one time. And buying Full does not automatically upgrade Player via Native Access.

$480 US ? , sounds as if you bought at the wrong place or if you bought the wrong thing ? You can get Komplete 15 Standard at the sale for a sale price of I think $300 , and Komplete Standard 15 includes the Kontakt 8 full version , so appears as if you would be better of checking if you could get a refund and then get the Komplete 15 Standard (usually there is no returns on software , at least not when redeemed but you can still ask support.)

Yeah man, that was the combined price of the crossgrade and bundle, practically bought the same thing twice. I came on here because trying to find a way to reach support was almost near impossible.

Where did you buy Kontakt 8? And does it appear in your actual NI Account?

@aviatortsmg Kontakt 8 Player or full in itself doesn't change, it's just the activation that changes, you can try to reinstall it from Native Access, in case you get a demo message when trying to load a library that requires the full version. If you have further issues please get in touch with our support with the links provided by @PoorFellow

I never received the Kontakt 8 install at all, it's not in my native access library.

Looks like it's stuck in an continuous load animation, then there's the "Busy season in progress" notification at the top. The entire website seems to be experiencing technical issues.
