STEMS Creator Tool : Files Unreadable ?

Hi, I used the Audacity / OpenVine to generate 4 STEMS files in WAV format.

Next I opened the NI STEMS Creator Tool to look the 5 file in.

But unfortunately the files are unreadable ?

I tried many combinations of export to WAV using different encoder settings.

I also tried the AIF / AIFF format with different encoder settings.

But no success ?
