Serial for guitar rig 7 pro already registered
After buying guitar rig 7 pro and entering the serial into Native Access, I updated Native Access to the newest version. Guitar rig didn't show up and it says serial has already been registered. What can I do to get it to show up on Native Access?

What version of Native Access were you running and what version did you move to?

Not sure of the previous version, but i reinstalled the latest one today

Hmm - that view looks like nothing but free stuff. Are you certain that you bought GR7 Pro and where did you buy it from - NI?
If so - it should go straight into your NI Acct and appear pretty much instantly thereafter for install. Buying via NI Shop does not even have a requirement to enter a serial.
If you hit the little "refresh" icon in the extreme upper right of your screencap - does anything else appear?
And if you go into your actual NI account (on the Internet) via web browser - you should see your products and all their product IDs etc listed. Do you see an entry for GR7 Pro.
If not - there is the issue. If you do see an entry in your actual NI acct - something else is up here and you may need to reach out to support.

I bought it via plugin boutique, it doesn't show up in my Native Instruments account under purchases and account

Then the serial is not registered to the account you are logged into - either online or via your Native Access screencap.
I also thought I read something somewhere about some serial number issues with some vendors last week I think. This could be one of them. Hit up Sales support here:
