I didn't receive an email regarding KOMPLETE 15 SELECT and M32 registration
Today I registered my KOMPLETE KONTROL M32 Thomann 70th Anniversary HW.
I did't recieve a confirmation email with a voucher for Komplete 15 select that comes with it. I checked my spam and the email is the one I always use.
Pleas can some assist me in the right direction?

You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page which should also show if you have registered the keyboard correctly in Native Access.
If you have registered the keyboard correctly and have still not received the voucher for the Komplete Select version of your choice then you need to contact N.I. Purchase Support. Tell them that you have registered the KONTROL M32 Thomann 70th Anniversary and that you need help to get the voucher for the Komplete Select , be sure to mention the specific "Thomann 70th Anniversary" version/edition. Since rules for the Thomann Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol M32 LTD 70th clearly says that : Komplete 15 Select for free :
Customers who purchase a new Native Instruments Kontrol M32 Master keyboards between 14-11-2024 and 15-01-2025 will receive Komplete 15 Select for free on top. All you have to do is register the new device in your user account on the Native Instruments website during the specified period, in order to receive the free Software license.Then you ought clearly qualify so please contact N.I. I did everything like you discribed above. It shows up as registered in Native Acces, but i didn’t recieve the confirmation e-mail . And it’s not n my spam.
