Maschine Software nowhere to be found in Native access

I bought a maschine mk3 and got it shipped quickly because I need it for a project I am working on. I registered the hardware to my account and all the maschine software is showing in my NI account when I look at my serials, but nothing is in my native access. Native access on my main PC has been unusable (please grant permission to native access error with the newest version, and I have tried EVERYTHING to fix it), so I downgraded to an older version of native access. Still no maschine software in NA.

So I went to my laptop, which CAN run the newest version of native access, and there is still no maschine software there either.

This is beyond absurd, and I have tried every possible fix I can find online. I messaged NI about a week ago regarding a software question, before I even bought the thing and never even heard back about that, so I guess for the foreseeable future, I just have a 700 dollar light up piece of plastic on my desk that doesn't do anything else.

Please assist, as I have grown beyond livid with this issue

This has been resolved. NI seems to have added the software to my native access after responding via email.
