Maschine software not included?

My new Maschine mk3 mikro arrived and i downloaded the Native acces and added the serial number. Am i missing something because i cant find where to download the software and im going crazy

There has been more issues with Maschine serials lately , among those this one :

Also somthing else, in the midi mode where u dont have (control of the sensitivity) when i play sometimes notes trigger multiple times… is that normal??
