Any word on the password issues
any word on the password issues. I purchased the Maxamizer in a bundle. I've reset my password at least 5 times. Still can't get into NI

You can not sign in if the password doesn't work and it is a matter for N.I. Account Support , the work around for that is described here : "I Have No Access to My User Account" , so use the account created for communicating with us here in the forum or make a new account to make the contact to regain access to the old account.
You need to contact N.I. Account Support , In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care
Also then I can ask @Mert_NI , could you please follow up on the login issue here to make sure that EZEMONEY gets in contact with support and have the issues with account access and Native Access solved ?
