NI invoices are not correct

As a customer entitled to deduct VAT, I need an invoice with the net amount listed, the VAT rate and the actual VAT in order to get the VAT back from the tax office. Otherwise I will be stuck with the VAT.

Did they changed the wrong Invoices for you? I have 5 without a Vat (19%) on it.

Yes they did. :-)

I had about 7 or 8 in 2024 and 2023.

Unfortunatly, I did not realise the problem until 2024 because my bookkeeping did not tell me about it. (have been a NI customer since … the dark ages).

Ok, thank you! Same here! I am a really long costumer of Native and I am pretty sure the VAT was in there Invoices time ago. It changed, I didn't realized it too.. I contacted the Support and I will be waiting for them :) Danke dir für die Antwort!
