I have purchased the product a long while ago, and used a different email address for the activation. No longer remember that email address and I dont have access to it. I own as the first buyer of this device all papers, ie documentation that came with it.

at the moment then on work days and in working hours then there ought to be chat support for account issues so if that is available then use chat bot (chat bot is on lower right side of page after login)

Treat it like an account that you have no longer access to. Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account" , so use the account created for communicating with us here in the forum.
Then : (You need to use browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
Scroll down to bottom of page N.I.Account Support and log in
Then click the Contact support
Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows
