Hello notMorelia, have you purchased this product from second hand, or brand new? If this is brand new you should receive the Maschine 3, if you have purchased it second hand, as the system detected the first registration, you should then receive the Maschine 2 instead.
Also, I checked your ticket and we received your ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
With the busyness and a system incident, our queue got longer and wait times became more than expected, however you will get an answer soon, so please have no worries about it and we are thank you for your patience.

I know that this is disappointing but don't expect a reaction on your ticket before 2025. It is holiday season and NI has an increased amount of support tickets due to current sales.
