I have registered hardware and software appears at na web site. When using native access program does not appear. What am I doing wrong?

you may need to wait a little while for it to show up but tbh , I got a serial number for the software yesterday and and as soon as I entered it in native access it appeared reach out to support if you need to speed it up
same issue. And also cannot contact support. Chat bot does not respond. Says it will connect me to an agent but never does.
Same issue here. Very frustrating as the hardware is not responding in any ways

I see that your OS is Big Sur. Maschine 3 only supports MacOS 13, 14 and 15.
@harveyf @waterknot In the meantime, I've added a Maschine 3 Bundle for HW on your accounts. Hopefully noiw you see the products in Native Access.

Same for me, bought a Mikro 3 yesterday and added the serial key to end up 24 hrs later no download available. I contacted support but didn't receive an email to confirm the ticket number, its been over 12 hrs and i sent in another, same thing, no email as the chat bot says i'd receive. I messed up when i created my account by entering a typo in my email, support fixed it and i was able to log back in and install traktor 3, since traktor 3 appears on both my computers i think that's not the issue unless my typo created a registration error and this will happen with all NI hardware products i buy.
